Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking leaders for store management roles in the United States. You’ll run a single store, hire and guide associates toward financial goals and outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in and complete leadership training with a path toward General Manager.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and food-handling standards to ensure quality service.
