Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in New Jersey to lead the daily operation of a Panda Express store, hire and guide associates, and drive financial performance while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

This role starts in our leadership training track, with 12+ weeks of store leadership training and a clear path toward GM certification and promotion upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in leadership development path with the goal of becoming General Manager.
