Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in the United States New Jersey area to lead a single Panda Express store, hire and coach team members, and drive sales and guest satisfaction.

The role offers a training path that develops you for future General Manager responsibilities within Panda’s leadership culture. Training spans 12+ weeks with milestones, followed by evaluations and a GM certification course (GO100).

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Path to General Manager through the GM development program after training and evaluations.
