Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Clark, NJ, seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations of a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach and supervise associates, drive guest satisfaction, and manage financial performance.

You will participate in a 12+ week leadership training, aimed at preparing you for future General Manager responsibilities, with mentorship and a path through the GM certification GO100.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Serve Safe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, coach, and supervise associates to meet goals.
• Drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Participate in leadership training with path to General Manager (GM).
• Lead a team according to Panda’s culture and standards.
