Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and standards.
• Participate in leadership training and development toward a General Manager path.
