Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to run a single Panda Express location in New Jersey. You will hire, coach, and direct team members to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin as Store Manager in our GM development path. You’ll undergo 12+ weeks of leadership training, complete evaluations, and then graduate GM certification, enabling progression to General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Willingness to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train and manage associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in leadership development path and GM certification program.
