Job summary

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• External hires begin as Store Managers as part of the GM development path.
• Completes a 12+ week store leadership training program and progresses to GM after evaluations and GM certification (GO100).
