Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operation of a single Panda Express location in the local area.

You will oversee hiring, coaching, and directing team members to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. New hires begin their leadership journey with a structured training path, including 12+ weeks of leadership training and evaluations, culminating in eligibility for promotion to General Manager (GM) upon successful graduation of the GM

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as Store Managers as part of the General Manager development path.
• The role includes 12 or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare for promotion to General Manager (GM).
