Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Lead store team to deliver exceptional service and ensure adherence to Panda policies and standards.
• Participate in leadership development and training programs to prepare for future promotion to General Manager.
