Panda Express in Rowlett, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be empowered to shape operations, guest service, and team culture in a fast-paced environment.

External hires start in our leadership development path with 12+ weeks of training, progress through evaluations and a GM certification course, and may advance to General Manager upon graduation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates.
• Drive financial performance while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• participate in the leadership development path and GM preparation.
• Support career growth into a General Manager role after training.
