Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Texas. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role is part of our General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and a GM certification track (GO100) after which promotion opportunities may arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification or equivalent food safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Lead and develop store team; provide onboarding and ongoing training.
• Participate in leadership pipeline activities to prepare for General Manager role.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, safety, and quality standards.
