You will participate in a structured leadership training program and work toward GM certification, with opportunities for career growth and continuous development within the Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship to store teams.
