Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single location in the Dallas/DFW area, overseeing operations, guest service, and staff performance. You will drive financial results and guest satisfaction while progressing through leadership development and the GM pathway.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Open to working a schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct staff to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Lead store trainings and development through the leadership program.
• Prepare for progression toward General Manager through GO100 and GM certification.
