Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations of a single location in Texas. You will hire, coach and direct teams to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a 12+ week leadership training program, with a goal of progressing to General Manager after successful evaluations and a GM certification course GO100.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Mansioni

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store and drive financial results.
• Hire, manage and coach associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in a comprehensive leadership training path toward GM.
