Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single store in Lewisville, Texas. You will hire, manage, and direct associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role starts with a structured leadership training path and GM development.

Graduates will complete GO100 and may advance to General Manager after successful training and evaluations. Panda offers a broad benefits package and paid leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, leadership and conflict management skills.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and achieve financial goals.
• Lead and participate in ongoing leadership training and development.
• Prepare for future General Manager promotion as part of the GM development path.
