Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Richardson, TX. As a Store Manager you will oversee the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates, and drive financial and guest experience goals.

External hires enter our General Manager development path with a 12+ week leadership training program; after training and GM certification, promotion to GM is possible. Panda offers comprehensive benefits and on-going leadership development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single store and lead a team to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to ensure exceptional guest experiences and store success.
• Lead through Panda's GM development path with training and leadership expectations.
