Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing staff, and driving financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin as Store Managers, following Panda's GM development path. A multi-week leadership training program and GM certification coursework prepare you for future advancement within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to stores within 50 miles.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Operate single store and manage associates to achieve financial goals.
• Hire, direct and develop staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead store performance as part of Panda's GM development path.
• Participate in 12+ weeks of leadership training and GM certification.
