Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a Panda community that cares about your success.

You will manage a single store, hire and direct associates, and work to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A leadership training program of 8 or more weeks is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop the store team through coaching and training, ensuring performance and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a structured 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
