Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda supports your professional growth with paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community focused on your success.

You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, hire and direct associates, and strive to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and oversee store performance to drive guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Provide an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
