Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and driving financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program, mentorship, and support from the Panda community to help you succeed professionally within our growing family of restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and ensure alignment with company standards and policies.
• Support the 8+ week store leadership training program and ongoing development.
