Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced store leaders to join our management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results and guest experiences. A comprehensive 8+ week leadership training program supports your success and growth within Panda Express.

We offer paid leadership training, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community. Eligible candidates may relocate within 50 miles and must work a flexible schedule including

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Lead and develop the store team through a formal leadership training program (8+ weeks) and ongoing mentorship.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and drive guest satisfaction.
