Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training Program to prepare you for success, with mentorship and support from the Panda community that values family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to work within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to work weekends.
• ServSafe certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, supervise and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure high-quality guest experiences and adherence to brand standards.
• Participate in a Store Leadership Training Program and develop team leadership.
