Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking a Store Manager for our Oceanside, CA location. You will lead all store operations, hire and direct associates, drive financial results, and ensure guests have an exceptional experience.

You will undergo an 8+ week leadership training program to develop your skills, with ongoing mentorship and support from the Panda community to ensure success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
