Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single location. You will hire, coach and direct associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will own the store's daily operations and drive performance with a hands-on leadership style. The company provides an 8+ week Store Leadership Training Program, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community designed to develop your career and empower your success

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. It's up to you to make your store a success.
• We will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
