Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store in the Philadelphia area. You will hire, coach, and direct team members to meet financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to develop operations know-how and people leadership skills, supporting your growth within our nationwide family of restaurants.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Oversee delivery of exceptional guest experiences and drive store success.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks of store leadership training program.
