Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee a Panda Express store in the Philadelphia area. You will hire, train, and supervise associates to reach financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

A multi-week store leadership training program will prepare you for success. We offer paid leadership training and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates, with opportunities for advancement within a nationwide family of restaurants.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
ADA considerations and workplace safety guidelines noted in policy.
