• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hires, trains, and directs staff; ensures standards and procedures are followed to drive store success.
• Participates in an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for store leadership responsibilities.
