Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a store manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of our Panda Express locations. You will hire, coach and direct team members to meet financial targets while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ weeks leadership training program to prepare you for success and growth within the company, with flexibility to adapt to store needs and geographic mobility within 50 miles of home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Drive store success through leadership and adherence to standards.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
