Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operation of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, supervise and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role includes serving as the driving force behind store success.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program, mentorship, and ongoing career development to help you grow within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to relocate within 50 miles.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead hiring and supervision to ensure store success.
• Participate in leadership training and ongoing development programs.
