Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team at Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. You’ll oversee a single store, hire and guide staff, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role starts with a strong 12+ week leadership training program. External hires begin as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path, with ongoing training and a clear progression to GM upon successful completion of evaluations and the

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
