Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group Inc., is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide a comprehensive Store Management Leadership Training program, mentorship, and support to develop your professional and personal growth within our Panda community.

You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, supervising associates, and driving financial performance while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an eight+ week Store Leadership Training program to set you up for success.
