Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to store team; drive attainment of store metrics and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient store performance.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program designed to prepare for success in store management.
