External hires begin as Store Managers to develop toward General Manager through Panda's leadership training program and ongoing evaluations. Comprehensive benefits and paid training accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Willingness to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in leadership training and development path toward GM certification.
