Job summary

Panda Express, a Panda Restaurant Group Inc. concept, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Maplewood, Minnesota.

You will oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals and to deliver exceptional guest experiences. We offer a paid Store Management Leadership Training program of eight weeks or more, plus mentorship and ongoing support from our Panda community to help you succeed in this

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• It's up to you to make your store a success.
