Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead store performance and execute leadership training and development programs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and drive continuous improvement.
