Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location in the Columbus, Nebraska area. You will hire, coach and direct store staff to meet financial targets while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role includes participating in an 8 or more weeks leadership training program designed to develop expertise and leadership skills. A ServSafe certification and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in the 8+ weeks leadership training program.
