Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and manage associates, and drive toward financial targets while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and drive store success.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
