Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Omaha. This role oversees the operation of a single store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to achieve guest satisfaction and financial goals.

You will begin with leadership training and mentorship as part of our General Manager development path, with a clear progression toward GM after the program. We offer over 12 weeks of training, a comprehensive benefits package, and ongoing career

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or equivalent food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Drive strong guest service and oversee daily operations to ensure standards are met.
• Participate in Panda's leadership development path with the goal of advancing to General Manager.
