Panda Restaurant Group's Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and guide associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family as you grow into management roles within our expanding family of restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates.
• Drive financial performance and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and train team through an 8+ week leadership program.
