Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager you will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, hire and develop associates, and drive financial performance while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week store leadership training program, mentorship, and support from a nationwide Panda community focused on your success and growth within a family-owned American Chinese restaurant concept.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
