Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You’ll be responsible for the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, mentoring, and directing associates to hit financial goals while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program for success, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth into management roles across a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• In charge of the operation of a single store and direct supervision of associates to meet goals.
• Flexibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius as needed.
• Open/close shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or equivalent food-safety credential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, and performance of store team.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve financial targets.
• Participate in a formal leadership training program (8+ weeks).
