Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to hit financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide 8 or more weeks of store leadership training and mentorship from our Panda community to support your professional and personal growth within a values-driven organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Lead and develop the store team to deliver consistent results and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and ongoing mentorship within the Panda community.
