Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team at Panda Express. You will manage a single store, hire and direct associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success. Enjoy mentorship and ongoing support from our Panda community, with a focus on professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent guest experiences while driving store performance.
• Complete the 8+ weeks of store leadership training and participate in mentorship programs.
