Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As Store Manager you will oversee all aspects of a single Panda Express location, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve financial goals while developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a single Panda store, driving financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and lead store associates to deliver high-quality service.
