Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, including hiring, directing associates, and driving financial success while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for success and growth within our school of leadership and supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
