Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to oversee a single location, lead team members, and drive financial results while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to deliver high standards of service and food quality.

The role includes an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success and growth within Panda Express. This on-site leadership opportunity supports career advancement and community impact.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality service and food safety standards across the store.
Participate in a store leadership training program designed to prepare you for ongoing management responsibilities.
