Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Ashland, VA is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for operating a single Panda Express store, hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As part of our program, you’ll complete an eight-week+ Store Leadership Training, with mentorship and support from a nationwide Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team to drive store performance and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards and safety procedures.
