Job summary

Panda Express seeks experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing staff to meet financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week leadership training program, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package to full-time associates, with opportunities for growth into management roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
