Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You’ll oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences. We provide an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and participate in store leadership training and development.
