Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while guaranteeing exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and drive financial performance.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in the store leadership training program and ongoing development.
